How It Works:

1. Browse thousands of fantastic products, add items to your cart, and select your preferred Big Al’s location for pickup during checkout.
2. You will receive a confirmation email indicating when your order is ready to be picked up at your selected location. Once you have received this email, you can proceed to the store. Please remember to bring your product order number and a piece of photo ID.
3. Once you have parked, please call the store phone number and indicate your name and order number.
4. Proceed to the front door area to pick up your products and provide payment (debit or credit card only).

*The order online and pick up curbside service is not currently available at Big Al’s Edmonton and London locations. For curbside pickup at these locations, please contact the store directly.
