The B-Box Anti Algae filter from Aquatlantis provides an excellent level of chemical filtration and is used to battle and decrease detrimental algae. Additionally, the Anti Algae Cartridge absorbs phosphates, nitrates and ammonia. The filter medium is very easy to replace and must be replaced every 2 months. Remove the filter medium if your fish are offered a course of medication. Rinse the filter material under running water before placing it in the aquarium.
