Hagen Tropican - Hand-Feeding Formula is a unique, top of the line hand-feeding formula that has been designed to meet the complex dietary requirements of baby and fledging parrots from species such as African Greys, Amazons, Cockatiels, Cockatoos, Conures, Eclectus, Lovebirds, Macaws, Pionus, most Psittacines. Rich in essential fats and proteins, the formula is composed of finely ground up High Performance biscuits as well as human grade sunflower kernels, 8 different grains and peanut meat that provide important vitamins, minerals, amino acids and a high caloric density. These ingredients help to promote optimal growth and development in addition to encouraging beautiful, brightly coloured feathers.
Added flax seed, calcium, omega fatty acid and vitamin D ensures that all species of bird are given the necessary nutrients they need to thrive. Easy to prepare, just add hot water to the powdered food and mix thoroughly to create a smooth, clump free mash that your favourite feathered friends will go crazy for. The hand-feeding formula contains no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives and is pasteurized to eliminate harmful bacterial and fungal organisms. Comes in an 4.4 pound bag.
