Cobalt Aquatics Power Gravel Cleaners

The Cobalt Aquatics Power Gravel Cleaner is designed to quickly and effectively clean your aquarium substrate. The cleaner is powered by an electric motor (no batteries required!) and boasts excellent suction power to easily remove dirt particles trapped in the gravel or other substrate. The Power Gravel Cleaner comes complete with a re-usable cartridge consisting of a series of inclined planes to which dirt clings. This system allows you to easily eliminate dirt by just removing and cleaning the cartridge. A safety strainer prevents fish and gravel from passing all the way through the impeller.

The Cobalt Power Gravel Cleaner is easy to use. Simply hang it on the side of your aquarium like any typical power filter, plug in the unit, and start cleaning. Reduced water flow from the filter indicates that the cartridge is full and should be rinsed clean. The siphon tube is easy to maneuver, and allows access to every part of your aquarium. Built to last, the PGC is molded using unbreakable and shock-resistant plastic, and all electrical components are insulated and completely submersible.
