The aquavitro element Z Zeolite Reactor is an incredibly versatile, powerful and innovative zeolite reactor designed for use in sensitive, demanding reef based environments. With a sophisticated design and compact footprint, the zeolite reactor boasts a unique flow system that uses a "stir" or "rinse" cycle to release beneficial bacteria into the aquarium for corals. Using a two pump system, the alternating cycles reverse the direction of the flow to ensure proper dispersion of bacteria. As well, a fine filter sock acts as a powerful mechanical filter, effectively trapping any particulate matter before it enters the aquarium. The unit boasts a large 1.2 liter chamber with powerful pump to ensure that all of the water is thoroughly cleaned and properly circulated throughout the reactor. For easier maintenance, the unit includes an easy to remove inner chamber. Regardless of the water level in the sump itself, the element Z Zeolite Reactor runs flawlessly and without interruption.
