Seachem Safe is a complete and concentrated dry conditioner designed for both freshwater and saltwater applications. It quickly and effectively removes chlorine, chloramine, and ammonia. Safe converts ammonia into a safe, non-toxic form that is readily removed by the tank's biological filter. Safe can be used during initial tank cycling to alleviate ammonia/nitrite toxicity. It detoxifies nitrite and nitrate, allowing the biological filter to more efficiently remove them. Safe is non-acidic and will not impact pH. Will not overactivate protein skimmers. Use at start-up and whenever adding or replacing water.
