The Pro Clear Aquatic Systems Premier Series Wet/Dry Filter - 75 is a top of the line gravity fed sump filter designed for use in a variety of freshwater and saltwater applications. The durable and sophisticated looking unit provides an increased water flow that contributes to enhanced biological and mechanical filtration for a cleaner, healthier aquarium as well as helping to cut down on the frequency of necessary maintenance compared to that of other traditional filters. The fact that the filter media on the unit is exposed to both air and water at the same time, actually creates an exceptionally viable environment for your beneficial bacteria to develop en masse.

The unit comes with Bio-Balls to cultivate beneficial bacteria, a polishing block, return hose, siphon hose, return valve and all necessary tubing to get your aquatic habitat set up and running smoothly. For easy functionality, the filter is available with or without the pre-filter and boasts a slide out drip-tray for easy removal and cleaning without removing the skimmers from inside of the sump area. The emergency overflow feature ensures (overflow sold separately) there will be no mess in the event of a power outage or other mechanical issue, helping to protect both you and your expensive investment. The unit can handle pumps with a flow rate of 300 GPH and is well suited for aquariums up to 75 gallons in size.
