The Reef Octopus OCTO Super Reef Octopus Protein Skimmer is a high-class in-sump protein skimmer which is best suited for aquariums up to 132 gallons. This Protein Skimmer runs at a low temperature and has its own "air shedding" Bubble Blaster Pump as well as a built-in digital circuit board which sustains a steady flow rate. It even controls the start-up and RPM speed and automatically shuts itself off if a problem is detected in order to avert possible damage.
The built-in air silencer maintains a soundless operation while unlimited airflow is guaranteed from the airline mounting, which assures that kinks in the airline are avoided. The Bubble Blaster Pump features a clear volute that creates an extreme quantity of bubbling.
