Seachem StressGuard - 500 ml

Ideal for a wide variety of applications in both freshwater and saltwater aquariums, Seachem StressGuard is a high quality formula designed to reduce stress and ammonia toxicity when going through the aggravating process of handling and transporting fish. As well, the solution acts like an antiseptic liquid bandage for fish, using protein active colloids to securely bind to exposed wound proteins to encourage proper healing and as a way to effectively reduce the likelihood of recurring secondary infections. StressGuard is not amine based and helps to protect the essential slime coat of fish. The formula is compatible with all medications except those that are copper based, and it remains steady at a pH of 7.0, providing no negative impact to delicate pH balances in the aquarium. Instructions:

Use 1/2–1 capfuls (2.5–5 mL) of StressGuard for every 40 L (10 US gallons) of aquarium water daily until signs of stress or injury have abated or healing is complete. The dose may be safely doubled when deemed necessary.
