The UltraLife ULTRA-V VHO Ultraviolet Sterilizer is meant to be used along with your existing water pump. They feature water tight gasketted housing, a hard quartz sleeve, high efficiency remote electronic ballast and the inline bulb replacement allows you to change the bulb without removing the unit from its position. This unit is suitable to use in freshwater, saltwater and ponds including a maximum of 1000 gph. The kill power is determined by your chosen flow rate which leads through this UV unit. Maintaining your "kill flow" rate is important to battle microorganisms; such as water born algae, common bacteria, protozoa and fungi. Made in the USA!
Unit and ballast have a 1 year manufacturers warranty and the UV bulb and quartz sleeve has a 30 day manufacturers warranty.
